  • Abstract
    Project management maturity is the reflection of enterprise project management level. Accurately evaluating project management maturity is significant for improving the competitiveness of Chinese construction companies. Firstly, combined with knowledge and characteristics of project management and enterprise practices, an enterprise project management maturity level model is proposed, and evaluation index system is established. Then considering the mining method based on neural networks has a good adaptability with incomplete information and the genetic algorithm has the characteristics of strong global search ability, two above-mentioned methods are combined to evaluate project management maturity. Finally, the example proves the validity of the model.
