Abstract :
With the convened of Copenhagen conference, the national is vigorously respond to the low-carbon economic development. In such a situation, Tianjin is also actively engaged in. As an important aspect of the development of Tianjin, energy, also need to make reforms. As the foundation of the national economy, Energy is playing a very important role in ensuring the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the national economy and improving people´s lives. How to develop low carbon energy, and reduce carbon emissions, is an important part of constructing the low-carbon economy society. This passage is mainly analyzes the relationship between the industrial structure and the carbon emissions, which is base on the unit of GDP of the scale-above industry in Tianjin and carbon emissions.
