  • Abstract
    Owing to factors such as test conditions and costs, the problem of small sample universally exists in the certification trial of missile weapon system. When using traditional frequency histogram law to estimate the priori distribution, the results are very sensitive to region step and inaccurate. To deal with the problem, the paper proposed one method of information distribution based soft histogram, which has proved to be more closer to the true distribution via simulation.
