Abstract :
The paper is designed Bluetooth module. The receiver sensitivity of the module is better than -84 dBm, and the output power is higher than -2dBm, when baseband pattern is 00001111. The modulation index is larger than 127KHz, the module´s operating temperature range is from -25°C to +75°C. The module max current is lower than 20mA when max output level and save sleep current is below 30μA.The communication range is more than 10 meter, and the test result of modulation and frequency drift is fitted Bluetooth Specification Ver1.1, and the module size is 10.8mm × 10.8mm × 1.8mm.
