Abstract :
This paper describes a novel approach for the realization of IF receiver, based on AD6624, which is compatible with 3G and GSM systems. In order to update these narrowband systems to be compatible with 3G systems, especially with the three different standards of 3G, the configuration of AD6624 is redesigned and an extra FIR is added after AD6624. The test results demonstrate that the attenuation in stop-band measures up to the recommended minimum performance standards of 3GPP2.
