  • Abstract
    Based on the analysis of existing insulation resistance test methods, a new test method is proposed. The structure of the software and hardware for the insulation resistance test instrument based on PC/104 is designed. The experimental results demonstrate the requirement of measurement is achieved, such as, the test time is reduced. The system can perform efficiently, stably and reliably.
