Abstract :
This paper presents a Novel intelligent Intrusion Prevention System (NIPS) model based on mobile agent and data mining. By analyzing the features of intrusion prevention system, mobile agent and data mining, the proposed model has the advantages of real-time acquisition and abnormal information recognition of data mining, the model can solve the internet security false negative and false positive problems effectively, so it can enhance the inspection and recognition decision-making and the whole intelligent defense ability of the NIPS.
