Abstract :
This paper presents a new method for establishing nonlinearity correction of microwave diode detectors; this method has been verified by experiment results. Less than 0.01 dB error has been achieved across the whole power range (-26 dBm-0 dBm) of the device. This method is especially useful for six-port digital receivers.
