Abstract :
A cascaded chain of two frequency doublers with an output frequency of 300 GHz has been designed and tested. Each of the doublers uses a planar varactor array of 4 anodes on one substrate in an antiseries configuration. An output power of 6.1 mW and an efficiency of 7.2% were achieved.
