Abstract :
Based on the geometry parameters of forest fire patrol and saving vehicle, the model of whole vehicle is built up. Then combined finite element analysis with multi body dynamic, this paper analyzes the process of loading to the model and acquires the time-displacement curve on various velocities and responding. Though adding spring to simulate real-vehicle moment, and adjusting stiffness to simulate kingpin inclination and its parameters. When giving steering arm a angle pulse, it can simulate resuming straight driving abilities in aim time. The results can provide the references for optimize design forest fire patrol and saving vehicle.
