Abstract :
Concerns about ubiquitous computing have been raised by the development of IT technology. And available services based on ubiquitous computing are being researched for the realization of U-city as well. U-city that is construction schedule to Pajoo Unjeong is planning `blue network´ construction. In `blue network´ has a plan to recycle water. This paper proposes service that takes advantage of U-technology and manages water recycling of `blue network´
