Abstract
Rigorous mode matching method, incorporating perturbation techniques was introduced to the modeling, analysis and design of the resonant frequency-temperature characteristic of the combline resonator. Methods for temperature compensation of the resonator are accurately modeled and implemented. The accuracy of the modeling results is verified by comparing with the measured results and shown to be in good agreement.
