Abstract :
We have developed a small size frequency synthesizer module for personal handy phone system (PHS). The module occupies 0.64 cc (16 mm×16 mm×2.5 mm). The module was miniaturized by using a 1-chip integrated synthesizer LSI and chip components as a resonator. Both LSI and chip components were assembled with a bump interconnection technique
