            Abstract : 
The integrated antenna concept is applied to the push-pull amplifier. A dual-feed slot antenna is used as a compact and efficient combiner for the fundamental and tuned load for harmonics. Maximum PAE of 63%, PAE greater than 55% over an 8% bandwidth and good linearity with CDMA modulation is obtained.
