Message from the chairs

It is our great honor to welcome you to ATC2011, the fourth annual International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications. The conference is co-organised by The Radio-Electronics Association of Vietnam (REV) and The IEEE Communications Society as a symbol of successful partnership between the two societies. ATC2011 is ever more important in the fast evolution of Vietnam and its communications infrastructure and services. This year the conference is organised in Da Nang, the third largest city in Vietnam with world renowned beaches. We are very grateful to Da Nang University of Technology for hosting this event.
