Abstract :
We report the development of a number of novel broadband 3D circuits. We present the performance of a 3D X-band 4-way Wilkinson divider. Excellent performance is also obtained from a delay line, and broadband coupled lines. We also introduce, for embedded transmission lines, a measurement of line losses, and an improved model for analysis and synthesis.
