Abstract
An improved network resources search model based on Mobile Agent was presented in this paper. The model can search resources in P2P networks by improving the function of Peer nodes in the network division and network layer structure, inducting the Mobile Agent technology as well as integrating the idea of AntNet algorithm in the search strategy. To verify the feasibility of the model, the network resources search system-MAAS was designed in this paper, and its performance was evaluated from two different aspects. The results showed that the new model was technically feasible. By improving the network layer structure and the corresponding search strategy, the network adaptability and search speed could be greatly improved, which proved that the P2P network of JXTA-based protocol would not just be a theoretical research model, but one with a good application prospects.
