Abstract :
This paper proposes several H∞ performance preserving controller reduction methods. One of the advantages of the proposed methods is that the weighting functions for controller reduction is easy to compute and is readily available from standard H∞ control design software. Numerical simulations show that the proposed methods are at least as effective as the best method available in the literature.
