Abstract :
An electromagnetic application to obtain the coupling parameters of the unilateral fin lines coupler asymmetric in the E-plane, with semiconductor substrate is presented. The effective dielectric constant, the attenuation constant and the characteristic impedance, for the odd and even-modes excitation are obtained by Transverse Transmission Line method-TTL. Computer programs, developed in FORTRAN 77 language, given the results of the coupling in 3-D, obtained as function of the frequency, conductivity and permittivity. These results are compared with references and present good agreement
