Abstract :
This paper presents the management system of lead-acid battery pack which can acquire the voltage, current and temperature of each cell. In this system, a single voltage acquisition circuit wit feedback is designed. To estimate the SOC, the equivalent circuit is achieved by the R-C battery model and the parameters of this model are confirmed through the experiment. In this battery management system the Kalman filter is applied to estimate the state-of-charge of the batteries. The CAN bus is selected as channel of information to display the parameters of the battery on the LED board. The experimental result shows the system works well with an acceptable accuracy.
