A Federated agent-based solution for developing cooperative e-business applications

We propose an agent-based approach, which provides some solutions to problems raised during the development of e-business applications. This approach is based on an organization into cooperative application groups representing the different parts of a company. These application groups are built on the notion of federated agents and the coordination of activities. The communication between the different agents uses protocols specified with SOAP and KQML and calls to the XML technology for the document exchange.
