Abstract :
This paper introduces an advanced electrical variable transmission for buses which start and stop continually and their engines working condition varies accordingly. The principle of choosing the engine power is analyzed. And it expatiates on the theory of recuperation energy and the ways of recovery energy. This paper focuses on the ways of recovery inertia energy by rotate speed control, constant torque control and constant power control. At the same time, it also analyzes the ways of recovery gravity energy by constant rotate speed control. Simulation results show that the effect of recovery inertia energy is better by constant torque control and constant power control. And it can be achieved by itself by constant torque control to recovery gravity energy.
