Abstract :
Search engine is one of the most popular technologies in the era of information explosion. As the mass data and information appear in the network, how to process and search these distributed data is what the search engine developers pay closest attention to. This paper aims at designing the architecture of distributed search engine based on Lucene and remote method invocation (RMI) and constructing a distributed search engine based on the architecture mainly and validating the distributed search engine based on the architecture.
