Abstract :
Modern servo technology is applied in a variety of technical fields. This paper gives the hardware design of fully digital AC servo system based on DSP. Including hardware circuit design of digital signal processing unit, Drive circuit, Main circuit, Expansion circuit, Current Loop, Position loop and Speed loop. Digital signal processor using 150M high-speed chip of TI´s TMS320F2812 DSP. We can using Mitsubishi´s FSAM10SH60A Model DC-AC inverter bridge to achieve inverter on main circuit power, using resistors computing devices to detect current and using optical encoders to detect Position and velocity. This circuit has the advantages of fast response, strong stability of the system and has the higher safety factor.
