Abstract :
A new transconductor architecture is presented for use in transconductance-C (gm-C) filter networks. The transconductor is based on the Czarnul linearized MOSFET structure and provides high linearity with only modest power requirements. A 22 MHz filter has been developed using the structure, obtaining better than -60 dB harmonic distortion and only 6 mW/pole of power dissipation
