Abstract :
Discrete event simulation theory and stochastic service system for hospital outpatient services in systems analysis queuing issues, using the event scheduling simulation strategy, the establishment of wait time and the window based on the number of simulation models in order to achieve the maximum reduction in patients waiting time, improve patient satisfaction research purposes. Simulation results compared with the actual data, analysis of the validity of the model. The model for the hospital cost savings, improve service quality to provide a useful reference.
