  • Abstract
    With the rapid development of the computer and network and information technology, transaction based e-cash has instead the traditional check transaction. In recent years, the main concern is operation efficiency and safety aspect about e-cash system. This paper proposes a fair and efficient anonymous off-line electronic cash system based on the control technology of group signature and blind signature. Finally, from the safety analysis of the system and similar other systems, it has many security features about sthe anti-counterfeiting, anti-tracking anti-re-payments.
