            Abstract : 
In this note, the problem of robust exponential stability for neutral delay systems is investigated. The neutral system contains state time-delay and parameter uncertainties. By making use of the Lyapunov functional method and combining linearity matrix inequality, a sufficient condition of the robust exponential stability is obtained for such system in the local feedback control of independent delay. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed criteria.
