Abstract :
This paper describes the key notions of situated cognition, and learning from the cognitive style perspective. From these notions, we conceptualize principles on adult learning through which design considerations relevant to the web-based e-learning environments are drawn. These situated cognition learning design principles can be summarized under four MBTI dimensions: Extraversion (E) and Introversion (I); sensing(S) and intuition(I); thinking (T)and feeling(F); Judgment (J) and Perception (P). All the activities in the instructional design are aimed at learning, in teaching design, we should understand their learning needs, focus on to stimulate and promote their learning, which has become the main topic of for the current education researchers considerations.
