Abstract
In wireless sensor networks (WSN), the measurement data of the neighbor nodes often have little differences. In view of this situation, a new algorithm called NNA based on layered routing protocol is proposed. By comparing the measurement data of the node with the cluster head´s, if the difference of the data value is less than the threshold value set by the system, then the node will join to the cluster. The cluster-head rotates according to the energy consuming.
