Abstract :
A real-time monitoring system for monitoring the production of infusion solutions in a pharmaceutical plant is introduced. The main features of the system are its ability to stratify the measuring data into numerous dimensions, focus on visual presentation of the quality related information, such as the input volume of distilled water and their temperature. The realinfo configuration software based system is applied in real time monitoring and supervision to evaluate the quality of the current situation of a dynamic system and adjust it accordingly. As the acquisition terminal of the system, the realinfo configuration software acquires storages and displays the level and temperature data for real-time monitoring. The information can be publish on the Web-based enterprise information system via the realinfo configuration software, related administrators and engineers can monitor the critical process site according to his identification through the net. The system design and software implementation are described.
