  • Abstract
    A transputer-based parallel processing environment is realized for parallel processing simulations of vector-controlled AC motor drive system. In these simulations, parallel processing for control algorithms and controller fault tolerance are studied. Simulation results demonstrate that, with the parallel processor, a high computation speed can be achieved for both vector control and adaptive control to realize very high dynamic system control.
