Abstract
In this work we first investigate bootstrap techniques for driving large capacitive-loads and then we introduce our new technique. This technique can be implemented in any fabrication technology and works in a wide range of supply voltage. It works like a SCMOS gate and has very small effective input capacitance in comparison with other techniques. Also it doesn´t need extra bootstrap capacitors like in bootstrap techniques.
