Abstract
This paper provides an advanced method of blind detection based on maximum likelihood estimate, and the scheme can be applied to MIMO systems. Firstly, a model of space-time block code system has been established and also introduces the theory of maximum likelihood estimate. Based on these theories which have been described above, through the way of adjusting steps of iterative algorithm, a balance between reducing bit-error-rate and decreasing the number of iterative cycles can be found. The analysis indicates that this solution is feasibility; furthermore, the simulation results illustrate that, in finite calculation capacity, decreasing the number of iterative steps can increase the concatenation space-time block coding matrices which have positive effect on bit-error-rate reducing.
