Abstract :
To establish the method for extracting the effective components process of Stigma maydis and Silkworm chrysalis and to research the hypoglycemic effect of the diabetic mice. The extracts were taken from a certain proper proportion of Stigma maydis and Silkworm chrysalis after the pretreatment. The different doses of extracts were respectively flowed into stomach of the Kunming mice, and then we would observe the influence on the glucose tolerance of normal mice and hyperglycemia induction of alloxan, adrenaline, glucose There was no obvious influence on mice of glucose tolerance used by the extracts, whose function factor were bringing the different levels of inhibition impact on blood glucose rising of diabetes animal models caused by alloxan, adrenaline, glucose. The better hypoglycemic effect on diabetic mice model were taken by the extracts of Stigma maydis and Silkworm chrysalis.
