  • Abstract
    63 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups: therapy group and control group. Therapy group received carbon nanoparticles loaded with 5-fluorouracil injection in tumor vicinity. The compares of the number, the metastasis degree and black-stained of lymph node in the radical operation between the two groups were studied, and the adverse drug reactions were observed. In the therapy group, the average number of eliminated lymph nodes (43.73) was far higher than that of control group (25.36) (P<;0.05). And the dyed lymph nodes were 26.2% which was higher than undyed lumph nodes (4.5%) and that of control group (16.9%) (P<;0.05). There were no local and systemic adverse reactions happened after nano-activated carbon loaded with anticancer drug local injection. Local injection of nanometer activated carbon loaded with 5-fluorouracil around the tumor is important to metastasis lymph node resection, especially to the tiny metastasis lymph resection in gastric radical operation. It has lymphatic chemotherapy effect.
