Abstract :
A sensor system and SAW tags used as passive sensing are studied. The incorporation of SAW ID-tag will allow identification for multisensor and wireless sensing of quantities that is difficult to work by conventional method. The unique feature is that it is suitable for remote sensing of physical quantities and can also remote sensing chemical quantities. So, it can be used in the detection of explosive gases and toxic gases
