Abstract :
Nanocrystalline alloy material is a new type of electromagnetic functional material. Its organization structure is unique. Its coercive force is low and its permeability is high. Especially advocating of saving energy today, nanocrystalline alloy has low iron core loss, so that people begin to study the magnetic properties on high frequency. According to the electromagnetic induction effect principle, this paper designs an experimental platform, further obtains the magnetic properties on high frequency in sine wave, including Mn-Zn ferrite material, amorphous alloy material and iron base nanocrystalline alloy. By comparing the test data, it was clear that the magnetic characteristics of iron base nanocrystalline alloy material are better than the traditional material.
