Abstract
An approach to the design and analysis of planar electromagnetic integrated reactive components based on transmission line theory is presented. It is shown that resonance can occur in a transmission line structure with dimensions much smaller than a quarter wavelength. These structures can find application in many high frequency resonant converter topologies
