  • Abstract
    The design of routing protocol gradually becomes the research core of network layer in the various research areas of wireless sensor networks. This article starts from analyzes the wireless sensor networks architecture, it mainly researches the routing protocol LEACH for wireless sensor network, as directly sends data between the cluster node and the base station, the cluster node far away from the base station will uses more energy, it may prematurely demised, This affects the network lifetime, thus introduces the optimization multi-hop routing algorithm between the cluster node and the base station, which makes energy consumption of each cluster in network more balance. Use TOSSIM simulator of TinyOS to emulate the new protocol, which improves the energy-efficiency of the entire network.
