Abstract :
SpaceWire is an advanced on-board high-rate serial bus standard. However, the research on the transmission delay characteristic of SpaceWire network is not comprehensive and thorough. This article aims at calculating the transmission delay jitter of network and discusses an effective calculation method by means of modeling the transmission process of SpaceWire network. This article also analyzes various factors that influence the data stream delay characteristics of SpaceWire network in practical space applications under a typical topology structure. The analyzing method and conclusions discussed in this article provide the theory and guidance for the design of the SpaceWire network with low delay jitter.
