Abstract
A 5 GHz differential cross-coupled LC oscillator is designed with Silterra´s standard 8-layer-metal 130 nm RF CMOS technology. The oscillator uses one copper inductor, two metal finger capacitors, two RF NMOS and two RF PMOS as its tank circuit.
