Abstract :
A suboptimal deadbeat controller design for a plant with measurement noise is proposed. This method uses the freedom which arises by using a non-minimal order observer. For the parameterization of the controller, an extended division algorithm is considered. Numerical examples are also shown to confirm the validity of the proposed method
