Abstract
We have presented a new signal processing algorithm accompanied with a novel array structure for sound source localization in three-dimensional spaces. Our localization methodology utilizes two concepts of pinhole and lens cell structures with closeness functions and has some analogy to the eye in the localization of light rays. In this paper we will describe a different category of closeness functions in addition to reviewing the previous closeness function and comparing them.
