Abstract :
To contrast observation on the clinical effects of the gingivitis complicated by porcelain fused to metal (PFM) treated with "YAYI" local consperge. 120 PFM out-patients were selected to be grouped experimental and control groups randomly, each of 60 cases. The experimental group was partially treated by "YAYI" with local spraying drug, and the control group was treated with 2% iodine glycerin placed in gingiva. Recorded the plaque index (PLI) and sulcular bleeding index (SBI). The efficient of the experimental group is 80.00%, that of the control group is 58.30%, P<;0.05. Two groups have significant differences. The effects of the experimental group is better than that of the control group. It indicates that the clinical effects is obvious using “YAYI” to treat the gingivitis after PFM.
