Abstract
A new device consisting of a buffered output current mode Instrumentation amplifier in CMOS technology is presented. It provides the inherent advantages offered by current mode circuits such as structure simplicity, higher operating speed and dynamic range capabilities and low dissipation. The incorporation of a low output impedance stage provides the interconnection flexibility to other stages or load, offered by op-amp based instrumentation amplifiers. Circuit details are given and simulation results are shown. The circuit is suitable as an analog sensor interface
