Abstract :
To observe the microleakage status of obturator and tooth tissue, which on the patients about producing irritative response in dental pulp in the near future, followed by caries filling treatment with general resin and nanometer composite resin. Caries which were filled with two kinds of resin but produce dental pulp irritative symptoms and uneasy to reserve were extracted and grouped in two, observed microleakage after stained with fuchsin. Both of the general resin and nanometer composite resin have the irritative response to pulp tissue, the microleakage of general resin is larger than that of nanometer resin. It indicates that nanometer composite resin is more fitted to repair caries.
