  • Abstract
    Organization of training data is a difficult problem in Virtual Maintenance Training. For the reusing of training information data and materials, we integrated VMT data into SCORM and S10001D standards, built a new information models and data standards. We followed the CAM of SCORM to organize and manage the VMT SCO, produced VMT SCO from S1000D data. The VMT SCO is composed of six kinds of information such as training process, maintenance dada, interaction, virtual environment, virtual prototype and tools. Based information models and data standards, we designed a VMT platform composed of two systems: the VMT data producing system and the VMT implement system. Using the platform can develop training data which can be reused in four training modes of the system. The resource files are reused in different lessons. Using our platform can shorten the session and reduce the cost of VMT system development.
