Abstract :
When R&D completes any new technology development, the next action is to phase it in from R&D to fabrication as fast as possible, in order to meet our business goal - "Time to Market". We analyzed current issues and found the "Technology Transfer" process has many opportunities to improve, or reduce technology transfer time prior to mass production. In this paper, we show how we developed a highly efficient and practicable solution to improving the transfer of new technology from R&D to the fab.
