Abstract :
The paper discusses the author-user interaction problem for open educational resources (OER). The aim of the research is to design author - user interaction model for the use of OER for learning purposes. The paper presents author and user needs´ analysis for the use of OER, pre-defined areas of author-user interaction responsibilities, and then suggests author-user interaction model scenario for the use of OER. Methodology used in the research includes analysis of scientific literature, practice and examples of existing OER repositories, as well as a survey and conceptual design. Conceptual model-scenario is suggested by the authors of this research, and is the target for further validation and practical implementation guidelines for both education and technology specialists.
